Do you found any fix for this, If so could you please let us know the upgrade status.

Since I got the same error message while doing pre-checks for upgrading CRS 11.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.3

Also please let me know can we do online upgrade(No Outage for services).; March 1, 2013 at 10:08 AM
Robin said...: check your network settings. Normally this is OS level setting, ask your system admin to help if you are not the only one support the box.
